My Paper Dress Project

Two years ago during GCSEs I made a paper dress as one of my final projects and really enjoyed doing it so I thought I'd have a go at making a couple more this summer and to keep track of my progress!

This was my first "experimentation project" using newspaper 

 * special thanks to my friend for modelling and letting me wrap her in paper and sticky tape

I was doing some research for my next dress and came across some amazing designs and dresses

 pieces held together with safety pins

use of oragami pieces

beautifully made dresses
above = pencil shavings illusion
below = wrapped in paper ribbons
right = rough paper moulded and manipulated to follow the shape of the dress
